Even though your Ohio Lottery ticket didn’t make you a millionaire, it can still make you a big winner with the Toledo Walleye and the Huntington Center! Bring in your non-winning Ohio Lottery tickets to Ohio Lottery Guest Services and enter to win the Ohio Lottery Second Chance VIP Experience. Six lucky grand prize winners will be selected through September 30, 2013. Each grand prize winner will receive four tickets to any event of their choice at the Huntington Center, VIP event parking and four t-shirts and/or CD’s of the headlining artist. All prizes are subject to availability, see below for official rules.

OFFICIAL RULES

TO ENTER: NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. Contestants must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible. To enter, contestants shall drop their non-winning Ohio Lottery Instant tickets in the Register-To-Win box at the Ohio Lottery Guest Services desk located within the Huntington Center in Toledo, Ohio, between November 1, 2012 and July 31, 2013. Contestants must write their full name, address and telephone number on the back of each such non-winning Ohio Lottery Instant ticket. Contestants may also submit by mail a non-winning Ohio Lottery Instant ticket or 3x5 index card with full name, address, telephone number to Edward Sintic, 406 Washington Street, Toledo, OH 43604, ATTN: Second Chance Ohio Lottery Promotion. Only one entry per mailing will be accepted. One non-winning Ohio Lottery Instant ticket or index card constitutes an entry. Illegible entries are void. No mechanically reproduced or photocopied entries permitted. The Huntington Center, Toledo Walleye Hockey Club, Toledo Arena Sports, Inc., SMG, Inc., the Ohio Lottery Commission and each of their respective agents, directors, officers, employees, affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively, “Sponsors”) are not responsible for illegible, lost, late, damaged, incomplete, postage-due or misdirected mail or entries. All materials submitted become the property of the Ohio Lottery Commission and Toledo Arena Sports, Inc. and will not be returned.

RANDOM DRAWING: There will be six (6) random drawings total throughout the year to occur on 1/2/13, 2/4/13, 3/4/13, 5/1/13, 7/2/13 and 8/5/13. From each such random drawing, one Prize Winner will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the date of such random drawing to win (i) a Huntington Center ticket voucher good for four (4) tickets to any event at the Huntington Center of his/her choice scheduled to occur on or before September 30, 2013 (the “Event”), (ii) VIP event parking for the Event selected, (iii) and four (4) Event t-shirts & CD’s of the headlining artist performing at the Event, if applicable (collectively, the “Prize”). Seat location of the tickets for the Event selected by the Prize Winner shall be determined in the sole discretion of SMG, Inc. and/or Toledo Arena Sports, Inc. and be based upon availability at the time selected by Prize Winner. Three (3) alternate prize winners will also be drawn at each random drawing. Prize Winner will be notified by telephone within three (3) days of the random drawing date. Leaving a voicemail message for the Prize Winner at the telephone number provided on the Prize Winner’s entry shall constitute notification hereunder. Each Prize Winner will be given seven (7) business days from the date of notification to respond to the telephone notification. If a response is not received within the seven (7) business day period, an alternate winner will be contacted within the order drawn. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Events occurring at the Huntington Center after September 30, 2013 are not eligible for selection by the Prize Winner. Failure of the Prize Winner to select an Event scheduled to occur at the Huntington Center on or before September 30, 2013 shall constitute forfeiture of the Prize by Prize Winner and the Sponsors shall have no further liability or obligation to the Prize Winner hereunder.

GENERAL RULES: Agents, employees, officers, directors, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and suppliers of any of the Sponsors and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to enter this promotion. Void where prohibited by law. Any federal, state and/or local taxes are the sole responsibility of Prize Winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Acceptance of the Prize constitutes permission to the Sponsors and their agencies to use the Prize Winner's name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law. Further, by accepting the Prize, Prize Winner agrees to hold Sponsors and their respective directors, officers, employees, agents and assigns, absolutely harmless from and against any and all claims and/or liability arising out of the ownership and/or use of the Prize. Prize Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any Prize. By participating in this promotion, all entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules which may be unilaterally amended or revised at any time without notice in the sole discretion of any of the Sponsors. This event is conducted solely by the Huntington Center & Toledo Arena Sports, Inc., d/b/a the Toledo Walleye Hockey Club (collectively, the “Vendors”).
